  • What services are included in the Logo Signing Program?
    Gas, food, and lodging services are eligible for participation in the Logo Signing Program.

  • Are all facilities providing these key services eligible to participate?
    There are specific criteria which each type of service must meet to be eligible for the program. Click on the Eligibility Criteria link for a listing of the specific eligibility criteria required for participation.

  • Can seasonal businesses participate in the logo signing program?
    No, seasonal businesses do not qualify for the program.

  • How much will it cost to participate in the Delaware Logo Signing Program?
    $1,200 annually per direction This includes the annual rental fee for one (1) mainline and one (1) ramp business logo signs. NOTE: The above fees do not include the fabrication of the business logo signs.

  • How will the signs be maintained?
    All logo sign maintenance will be performed by Delaware Logos, LLC or its subcontractors.

  • Once I am in the program can my business logo sign be removed?
    Yes, conditions can result in the removal of your business logo sign. Your business logo sign will be removed if your facility is found in non-compliance with eligibility criteria or for failure to meet the financial obligations of participation.

  • How will the distance be measured to determine if my business meets the mileage eligibility criteria?
    Travel distance will be measured from the end of the off ramp to the nearest driveway entrance of the business.

  • How will it be determined what businesses have priority if more than six (6) businesses in any one category wish to participate?
    When all of the eligible facilities desiring business logo signs cannot be accommodated, the establishments closest to the interchange that satisfy all requirements shall receive the opportunity to participate. Upon receipt of the Participation Agreement, facilities will have 15 days to submit applications after which priority will be on a first come first serve basis.
